Hi, I’m Joy.

I help women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface, make sense of the ways your mind and body have learned to cope, and help you feel more like yourself again.

I use EMDR therapy when appropriate to help process painful experiences and reduce the hold they continue to have on your life today.

Therapy with me isn't about fixing you. It's about understanding what happened, recognizing the patterns that developed along the way, and creating lasting change with compassion instead of self-criticism. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
